Cancellation Policy

At West Chiropractic we aim to provide the highest level of care and ensure availability for all clients.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client in need.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. However, if we do not receive the required 24 hours’ notice, we reserve the right to charge the full appointment fee. 

In such cases, the fee will be donated to our Charity of the Quarter, supporting a cause close to our hearts.
